Modeling Chocolate Wrapped Cakes


What to do on my day off? Make more cake! Using modeling chocolate to wrap a cake is my favorite method of decorating. It provides a flawless, paper thin surface that is easily sliced, vibrant and delicious all at the same time. This cake striped in sky blue, periwinkle, royal blue and white took about 4 hours to complete. It's a modern take on cake decorating. More and more people are drifting toward modeling chocolate as the "new" decorating medium. We hope you'll give it a try too!
